Cashback Incentive Terms & Conditions

We will pay 10% cashback of our commission as outlined in your mortgage key facts illustration on all mortgage applications received online up to a total payment of £150.

This offer is not connected to any incentive offered by the lender, and therefore if the product chosen has a cashback offer included by the lender you will receive our cashback in addition to that offered by the lender.

Cashback will only be paid after a mortgage completes and will be transferred to your account or paid by cheque typically within one month of our receipt of funds. It can take between 1 to 3 months to receive this depending on the lender used and we can advise you of likely timescales at application.

We do not offer cashback on the arrangement of mortgages under our list of "specialist mortgage" types which can be seen below - unless the mortgage balance is over £200,000, or for standard mortgages where the loan balance is less than £100,000.

We withhold the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. For some applicants particularly those with exceptionally complicated circumstances we withhold the right to refuse a cashback incentive however we will notify you prior to application if this is necessary.

Recommend a friend Scheme Terms and Conditions

If an existing client of Rightmortgageadvice.co.uk who has previously arranged a mortgage or insurance product through us recommends our service to a friend we will pay a cash referral fee of £20 for all cases where our total commission earned is between £100 and £400.

For all cases where our total commission earned exceeds £400 we will pay a referral fee of £50. Payment will be made to you within one month of our receipt of funds which can take between 1 to 3 Months from completion.

You or the applicant must notify us prior to or during application of the referral which can be done by phone, email, post or face to face at a meeting. We withhold the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
